 Angel Starks is a passionate Omaha-area realtor and community leader dedicated to building stronger, more inclusive communities. With a background in nonprofit administration and real estate, she brings valuable expertise to the SandLab Board of Directors, helping small and emerging community businesses thrive. Through her leadership roles with organizations like the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and Habitat for Humanity, Angel is committed to creating opportunities that reflect and uplift the neighborhoods we serve. 

 Ashley Kuhn is a dynamic leader in Omaha's construction and real estate sectors, serving as Co-CEO of Blair Freeman, Nebraska's only 100% Black woman-owned and led Class A contractor. With over 15 years of experience, she co-founded Blair Freeman in 2018 to bring transparency and inclusivity to the industry. As a member of the SandLab Board of Directors, Ashley leverages her expertise to support small and emerging construction businesses, fostering a diverse workforce that reflects our communities. 

 Brad Brooks is a visionary architect and principal of B2Lab Architecture in Omaha, renowned for his innovative designs that harmonize modern aesthetics with Midwestern sensibilities. Brad brings over a decade of diverse experience to the SandLab Board of Directors, where he is committed to empowering small and emerging construction businesses. His passion for crafting spaces that seamlessly integrate with their environments reflects SandLab's mission to foster a diverse and thriving workforce in our communities. 

  David Levy is a passionate advocate for thoughtful city planning and innovative real estate development, serving as a partner at Baird Holm LLP. With a background in city planning and law, he brings a deep understanding of zoning, land use, and urban growth to the SandLab Board of Directors. Committed to shaping Omaha’s future, David works to foster policies and projects that support a more inclusive, forward-thinking, and thriving city for all. 

 As Chief Construction Officer at Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, Drew Lier is dedicated to transforming lives through affordable housing. With over eight years of experience, he oversees the construction of approximately 40 new homes annually, collaborating with local vendors and partners to revitalize communities. Drew's innovative approach, including developing in-house specialties and rethinking homebuilding strategies during challenging times, exemplifies his commitment to providing stable, quality housing for families in need. 

 Maranda Adams is a trailblazer in the construction and real estate industries, dedicated to creating opportunities for underrepresented businesses. As Co-CEO of Blair Freeman, she champions a mission of transparency, equity, and innovation in a traditionally exclusive field. Through her role on the SandLab Board of Directors, Maranda is committed to fostering a diverse and thriving construction workforce, ensuring small and emerging businesses have the resources and support they need to succeed.
